About the Mu-Shu Family
Mu-Shu's
is a family-owned business by Peter and
Kimberly Liu. We have lived in Colorado
Springs for the past 11 years
and knew Colorado Springs didn't need another family style, sit down,
delivery type Chinese restaurant. With 4 children, we grew tired of
getting them out of car seats and wrangling them while food was
prepared. So when we decided to go into business, we knew we wanted to
cater to the busy lifestyles that plague us all, leading to the creation

information about curbside service).Peter grew up in his parents’ restaurants in Hawaii, and preserving his family’s best traditional recipes was paramount. We decided to compress the usual enormous Chinese restaurant menu into a few signature recipes to make it easier for customers to choose. In addition, we invite you to watch us prepare your meal fresh-to-order in our exposed kitchen!
